Pre-Budget Mania
With pre-budget mania approaching fever-pitch, the Morning Advertiser takes a look at the strongly anticipated Employment Rights Bill, which will tighten up on a lot of dubious practices, including zero-hour contracts. Whilst everyone should have the right to fair wages and decent employment conditions, any changes are likely to drive some pubs, which are already borderline insoluble, over the edge.
